Admission Forms and Tuition Information

Please download and fill out the following forms for registration for the upcoming session by clicking the download link above.

Tuition: Payment of full tuition is NON REFUNDABLE AFTER THE SECOND CLASS, though, under certain exceptions such as extreme health or family issues, a refund may be provided of moneys paid less the number of classes attended at the per diem rate of $30.00 or a pro rate for the next scheduled session may be applied.
Missing class due to a school, normal family event (birthdays, reunions), or non emergency events or minor illness are not covered under this policy.
We do strive to keep our students up to date and will make our best efforts to provide extra time for those that must miss class to catch up.
Currently, we do not accept online payments.
